Axcoda Guard is an online service: nothing to install on your computer. You use it in your browser and receive alerts in Telegram, by email or as browser notifications. Guard doesn’t store buyers’ names, addresses, phone numbers, emails or chat messages — only the order data alerts need. By default, alerts carry no order numbers or amounts.
Read-only access
Guard can’t change anything in your shop. Disconnect it in Axcoda or revoke access in Seller Center at any time.
FAQ
Questions sellers ask
Does Guard see my buyers’ personal data?
Guard reads order data through the TikTok Shop API and keeps only what alerts need: order, return and cancellation IDs, statuses, deadlines, amounts, the first product, tracking number and carrier. It does not store buyers’ names, addresses, phone numbers, emails or chat messages. For this data you are the controller and Axcoda is your processor — see the Privacy Policy.
Do I need Telegram?
No. Email alerts work on every plan, browser notifications come with Pro, and Telegram is optional.
Can Guard change anything in my shop?
No. Guard only reads data from TikTok Shop. It never ships, cancels, refunds or edits listings.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you don’t order Pro, your account stays on the free plan. Settings and data are kept; nothing is charged.
Which markets are supported?
Poland today. Other EU markets will follow, in order of demand.
How do I cancel?
In the billing settings of your account or by email. You are not charged again; the account moves to the free plan at the end of the paid month.
