In short
- You can cancel your subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the paid month.
- Not happy with your first paid month? Ask for a full refund within 14 days of the payment.
- Payments and refunds are handled by our reseller Paddle and go back to the original payment method.
Who handles payments and refunds? #
Paid plans of Axcoda are sold through Paddle.com Market Ltd, our reseller (Merchant of Record). Paddle takes the payment, issues the invoice and pays out refunds to the payment method you used. You can also reach Paddle through the link in your payment receipt.
Axcoda Guard also has a free plan; this policy applies to payments for paid plans.
Can I get my money back? #
- First payment. If you are not satisfied, we refund the first payment of a new subscription in full when you ask within 14 days of that payment.
- Later monthly payments are not refunded. Cancel before the next renewal date and your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for.
- If it was our fault. If the service was unavailable or did not work as described for a significant part of a paid month because of us, we refund that month, in full or in proportion.
- Changes on our side. If we remove a significant feature of your plan, or you terminate because you object to a new subprocessor, we refund the unused part of the current month.
- Duplicate or mistaken charges are always refunded.
How do I cancel? #
Cancel in the dashboard, in your account’s billing settings, or by email from the account owner’s address. After cancellation you are not charged again. Your account switches to the free plan at the end of the paid month; your data is kept.
How do I ask for a refund? #
Email [email protected] from the account owner’s address, or use the link in the receipt from Paddle. Tell us the account email and the date of the payment. We usually answer within 2 working days, and at the latest within 14 days. Approved refunds usually reach your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Sole traders with consumer rights #
If you are a sole trader to whom the consumer protections of Polish law apply (Art. 385⁵ of the Civil Code, Art. 7aa of the Consumer Rights Act), you keep the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal described in the Terms of Service. This policy does not limit it.
